Return Policy

Plants are shipped to all 50 States and Protectorates of the USA including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and American Samoa.  Plants are shipped un-potted with their roots wrapped in sphagnum moss unless otherwise indicated.  Shipping options include USPS or UPS.  Customers will be emailed with tracking information. 

If there are any plant health issues upon arrival, please contact us at within 48 hours of receipt of the plant and provide photos. We’ll quickly address any issues. Failure to provide photos within the 48 hour period voids our Live Arrival Guarantee.

The live arrival guarantee may be voided in instances where the customer fails to provide a USPS deliverable address, fails to collect packages within a timely manner or does not facilitate carrier inspection of damaged packaging. 


We do not accept returns of healthy plants. If a plant arrives dead or in unacceptable condition, we will send a replacement plant of similar value.  Please email us with photos and written description of the damage within 48 hours of the plant's arrival to receive a replacement.  Please contact us at for further information.  We may request the damaged plant to be returned and a pre-paid return label will be provided.  Any plants being returned must be shipped within 1 business day of the return label being issued.  The return shipment date will be confirmed via tracking or an acceptance receipt issued from the carrier.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping hazards, please contact us immediately at We will either replace at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial refund. We ask that you send us a photo of both the plant and box it came in before issuing you a replacement or refund.

If the damage has occurred after receiving the plant, our service team is here to help! Please send us your questions at with a picture of the plant and details of your problems. Please be aware that the Killer Plant Company is not responsible for the survival of your plant after the first 48 hours of its arrival.

If your order does not arrive within 5 days from the date of your scheduled delivery, please contact us right away at We will either replace at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a refund. However, if the lost product is due to an incorrect shipping address or missing information entered at checkout, no replacement or refund will be provided.
